Shock Absorber Testing 
The testrig is designed for determinative and regular service life tests. Determinative life tests are carried out to measure the lifetime to the first failure by cyclic deflection of the shock absorber. Periodic life tests of the shock absorber are carried out to periodically verify compliance with the minimum and 50% of the service life obtained during determinative service life tests.

  • Maximum load frequency 4 Hz at a displacement of ±100 mm
  • Maximum loads 500 kN, 250 kN and 125 kN
  • Maximum displacements of ±125 mm and ±200 mm
  • Loading of longitudinal forces up to 125 kN on the vertical holding frame 
Determination of the angle of transverse static stability
The testrig is designed for determining the transverse stability of products against tipping, with the rig platform tilted to a value of separation of the bearing elements of the testing object from the bearing surface. 
The platform is equipped with safety devices in the form of ropes and stops preventing the sliding of bearing elements of the product in transverse direction during the test.

  • Platform positioning accuracy - 0.1 deg.
  • Maximum angle of rotation relative to the horizontal plane - 50 deg. 
Safety Belt Testing
The testrig provides static testing of the vehicle body structure elements and seats, on which the seat belt fasteners are installed, by nine independent power circuits.

Cooling Installation Systems Testing
Testrig is designed to optimize the under-hood parameters and eliminate errors in the cooling systems of cars. The data acquisition system is powered both from 220VAC power supply as well as from the car onboard power supply of 10...16VDC. Operating range of distribution units and sensors from -40°C to +70°C.

During laboratory or field tests, the following parameters are recorded: 
  • pressure, temperature, flow rate of coolant and oil;
  • air velocity in front of the car radiator, in the under-hood and on the outer parts of the car body;
  • speed, voltage and current supply of cooling fans.

Automobile Engine Testing
The complex is designed to accompany the development tests of the liquid radiator system and turbocharger system, as well as certification and control tests of the engine as a part of motor vehicles. The range of obtained parameters allows to determine the level of compliance of the finished product with the requirements of environmental standards.

The complex allows to perform: 
  • measurement of technical liquids parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rate);
  • measurement of air and exhaust gas parameters (pressure, temperature);
  • measurement of atmospheric conditions (temperature, pressure, humidity);
  • measurement of engine parameters (fuel consumption, engine component temperature, crankshaft and cooling system fans speed, car speed);
  • route tracking via GPS signal;
  • receiving data from engine control units of different manufacturers.
